Academic Standing

Academic Standing is recorded on the student profile within the Academic Standing Tab. No one needs to enter Good Standing for each student because Good Standing is the default status.

If a student fails to meet the Academic Standing requirements outlined in the institution's catalog, their profile will be automatically changed to warning or probation. It is possible to create Automated Communication Templates to inform the student of this change in Academic Standing. At the end of each term, the Academic Standing Report should be generated to identify any changes in the students' Academic Standing Status.

Where to find Academic Standing:

1. Use the student service filter of the student profile to find the Academic Standing Tab.
