Class Schedule Release Date

You can control when you want official class schedules to be viewable and printable on the student portal. Students must be enrolled in specific class sections before the classes will populate on their official class schedules. 

1. Go to the Academics Tab > click on Terms.

2.   Click on the blue term code.

3.   Look at the “Schedule Advance (Days)” section. This is how many calendar days before the start date of the term that the official class schedules will be released on the student portal. 

4. Click Save.
