Credit Hour Report

The Credit Hour Report displays credit hours scheduled or clock hours attended. The report also gives a direct link to each students' enrollments and FA/Accounting ledger.

Go to Reports > Academics > General > Credit Hours.

2.  Choose the school.

3. Choose the campus. 

4. Choose the start term.  The start date of the start term is the beginning of the date range. 

5. Choose the end term.  The end date of the end term is the end date of the date range. 

6. Choose a program to narrow the search more. 

7. Click Search. 

Results:

1. Hours Attempted - credit hours scheduled for credit hour programs. 

2. Hours attended - clock hours the student has attended within clock hour programs. 

3. FA Hours 

4. Total amounts received for Pell, Sub, and Unsub loans. 

5. FA link to go directly to the student's ledger. 

6. Enrollment Link to go directly to the student's enrollments.
