Enrollments Tab

The Enrollments Tab is a list of all of the courses in the student’s current Program Plan. It also shows the classes they have previously completed at the institution in addition to the classes they are scheduled for in the future.

The “Attend” column reports if the student attended the first two weeks of each class. Cumulative totals are found at the bottom of the Enrollments Tab. You can also access the following from this tab:

1. Gradebooks: you can view the gradebook for each course the student has been enrolled in 
2. Unofficial Transcript: you can view, print, and save the student’s unofficial transcript 
3. Course Bypass Form: you can send the student a course bypass form 
4. Credit Transfer: you can enter transfer credit from another institution 
5. Enrollments: this will take you to the Program Plan Page for the student
