F Student Report
The F Student Report is a great report to display a list of students who earned a specific letter grade from your institution's grade matrix for a chosen term or given date range.
1. Go to Reports > Students > F Student.
2. Choose the school.
3. If running the report by term, choose the term. (All final grades must be entered for the term and be past the term's end date.)
4. Choose a program. This is a multi-select menu. You can choose one, many, or all programs. Make sure you unselect the empty/blank line within the menu if selecting all programs.
5. Type the start and end date if using a date range.
6. Choose the grade from the drop down.
7. Choose search.
Uses for the F Student Report:
1. Pull F report to reschedule students to repeat a course.
2. Pull report for grade of Incomplete to see what students need extra time as an accommodation and who may receive a grade at a later date.
