FA Status Boxes and FA Status Report

FA Status boxes represent various criteria that can be monitored once selected in the FA Status Report.

1. You can locate the FA Status Boxes on the student's profile page by accessing the FA filtered view.
   
   
2. Additionally, you can monitor the students' loan debt and loan periods directly from the FA Status box.
3. Remember to save your changes after selecting any relevant boxes or entering loan debt and dates.
4. Once you have selected the FA Status boxes, you can easily keep track of them using the FA Status Report. Simply go to Reports > Financial Aid > FA Status to access this report.
   
5. You have the option to run the report based on term, program, both, or neither. Additionally, you can narrow down the results by selecting which FA Status you want to include in the report.  Once you have made your selections click Search.
   
6. The report will display students who meet the specified criteria. It will also list all other FA Status items, but students will only appear if the boxes selected in the report match those selected on the student's profile.
