How to Acquire a Web Lead
A Web Lead is a prospective student that has filled out the call to action on your institution’s website. It may also be a new lead from an affiliate marketing vendor.
You will receive a green notification on your VIAS screen when there is a new web lead available to be acquired. When an Admissions Representative acquires a lead, they are then assigned to that representative’s lead database in VIAS.
- Click on the World Icon at the top of VIAS on the top right side of your screen to acquire the new lead. (When a new lead comes in, there will be a green number on top of this icon indicating how many new leads are there)
