How to Assign Faculty to a Class Section

  1. Go to the Academics Tab > Sections. 


2.   Search for the Section you’d like to assign the faculty to. 

3.   Click on the blue Section number. 
4.   Scroll down to the Faculty box, and click on Assign Faculty. 



5.   A drop-down menu will appear. Select the faculty member from the selection and choose their role. 
6.   Check the box if the faculty will be the primary instructor. 
7.   Click Add. The faculty member has now been assigned to the section. 

You can view a complete history of class sections assigned to a faculty member by going to: 

The Academics Tab > Faculty > Manage Faculty. Enter the name of the faculty member and click Search.
