How to Look at LDA (Last Date of Attendance) for Active Students

Often, institutions find it helpful to look at the last day a student attended a class, lab, or clinical in an effort to monitor attendance. This information is populated on the Active Report. The Active List provides a list of Actively Enrolled students on a given date (Effective Date). The Active Report also includes the following for each student enrolled on the Effective Date:

  • Campus
  • Time Plan
  • Program
  • Student ID Number
  • Name
  • School Email
  • First Admit (the date of the first Admit Program Action at the institution)
  • Last Admit (the most recent date that the student had an Admit Program Action at the institution)
  • Hours Attended
  • Last Attended (the last date that the student was marked Present)
  • Expected Grade Date (the student’s projected date of graduation based on their estimated Program Plan)
  1. Go to Reports > Students > click on Active

2.   Select the School, campus, program(s) and enter the Effective Date you’d like to look at and click Search.
3.   You can also filter the Active Report by Program and Campus.

You can Export this report to Excel by clicking “Export Excel” on the right.
