How to Manually Adjust Class Sessions

You can manually adjust the class session if needed to accommodate for holidays or breaks.

  1. From the same Section Detail screen we used to change class times, click on Manage Class Dates. 



2.   You can click check the box next to class dates you would like to delete. Then, click Delete Checked Records to remove the selected class dates.



Or

3.   You can click Edit next the Class Session you’d like to cancel or remove and add a note. Often, this is used for inclement weather when class meetings are canceled but it can be used for other reasons as well. 


4.   Once you’ve entered the note, click Save and a record of the change will be stored in the Section Detail page. 

5.   You can also add additional class meetings if needed. While still on the “Manage Class Dates” screen, you can scroll to the bottom and select the date and time of the session you’d like to add.
