How to Print Class Sign-In Sheets

For attendance taking institutions, you may be required to keep a sign-in sheet when students attend each class meeting. These sign-in sheets are automatically generated by term once the Class Section has been created and students are enrolled in the class section. There is one sign-in sheet generated for each day the class meets. It’s usually best to print these the week before the term begins so it is as accurate as possible. Often, students switch to different course sections or withdraw from classes. There are spaces at the bottom of each sign-in sheet to add student names. 


To access the Sign-In Sheets: 

  1. Go to the Students Tab > Documents > click on Sign-In.

2.   Select the School and the Term you’d like to view and click Search.

3.   This will give you a list of all the course sections for the term along with the instructor. 

4.   Click on the blue Course Section and a PDF of all of the sign-in sheets for that course will be generated. 

5.   You can then print.
