It may sometimes be necessary to reassign one Admission Representative’s leads to another Admissions Representative. This usually occurs when the rep leaves and someone needs to be responsible for maintaining contact with the leads. You can reassign all of the leads in the rep’s lead database or leads that were received by the institution in a given period of time.
- Go to the Admissions Tab > Leads > click on Reassign Leads
2. Select the rep’s name from the drop-down menu. These are the leads you are transferring to another employee.
3. Enter Start and End Dates if you would like to transfer only leads in a given amount of time or you can leave it blank if you want to transfer all of the rep’s leads to another employee.
4. Select the employee from the To (New Rep) drop-down menu on the right.
5. Click Update Lead Count
6. Click Reassign Leads
7. The leads have now been reassigned to the new Admissions Representative.
