How admin reset an employee's password.
In order to rest another employee's password, the user must have an administrator role added.
Go to admin > accounts-employee.
Type in the employee's name.
Click Search.
Click into the employee's account, by clicking his/her name.
Click on the tab Reset Password.
Type in the new password in both password boxes.
Click Re-set password.
Notify the employee of the new password. Once the employee gains access to his/her account, then the employee can re-set the password to his/her choice.
