How to Set Attendance Thresholds for Each Course
Attendance thresholds are stored on the Master Course listing.
- Go to the Academics Tab > Courses > select the School and click Search.
2. Click on the Course needed.
3. Scroll down to the Hours Section of the Course
4. You can see the fields “Drop Threshold” and “Clinical Drop Threshold.” You can enter the percentage of each that the student is allowed to miss before being dropped.
5. This amount will feed the Tardy/Absent report so that correct absent percentages are calculated for each student based on which course they were marked Tardy or Absent for.
