How to View Payment Plans

Payment Plans can be viewed on the Students Profile Page or by running a Payment Plan Report. Below is information on how to run the Payment Plan Report

Payment Plan Report

1. Navigate to the FA tab in the blue navigation bar, scroll to Payment Plans
   
   
   
2. Select School and Campus.
3. Input a Student Name (or SSN) to pull an individual student's payment plan
   
4. Or click 'Active Only' to pull a list of all active Payment Plans
   
5. The resulting report will provide details such as:
   1. Date the Program Plan was created.
   2. Campus
   3. Student Number
   4. Student Name
   5. Outstanding Amount
   6. Number of Payments remaining
   7. Total Payments
   8. Number of Payments
   9. First Payment
   10. Last Payment
   11. Student Status

6. Viewing Payment Plans via a Student's Profile

7. Navigate to a Student's Profile using the FA view
   
8. Click on the Payment plan balance
   
9. This will pull up the student's Payment Plan details:
