How to View Payment Plans

Payment Plans can be viewed on the Students Profile Page or by running a Payment Plan Report. Below is information on how to run the Payment Plan Report

1. . Navigate to the FA tab in the blue navigation bar, scroll to Payment Plans
   
   
   
2. Select School and Campus.
3. Select whether to view information for a specific student or generate a report for the currently active payment plans only.
4. The report will provide details such as:
5. 1. Date Program Plan was created.
   2. Campus
   3. Student Number
   4. Student Name
   5. Outstanding Amount
   6. Number of Payment remaining
   7. Total Payments
   8. Number of Payments
   9. First Payment
   10. Last Payment
   11. Student Status
