How to Withdraw a Student from a Section Using the Enrollments by Student Page

Under certain circumstances, registrars may need to withdraw a student from a section and not use the program plan. When students are withdrawn at the enrollments tab no student status form will be generated.

  1. Go to Academics > Enrollments > By Student.
  2. Type in the student’s last and first name
  3. Click Search
  4. Click the box next to the section that needs to be withdrawn

5. Use the drop down menu, and choose to withdraw.

6. Click the Update Enrollments button. 

7. After withdrawing, the status of the section will be labeled failed.
