Each Admissions Representative has a database of their own leads.
How to run the Lead Database report
- Navigate to the Admissions Tab in the blue navigation bar. Scroll down to and click on Leads
2. Complete the parameters needed for your search and then click Search.

- Campus
- Start Date (Optional) : Start date to filter results
- End Date (Optional): End date to filter results.
- Owned By (Optional): to filter by a specific Admission Rep
- Lead Status (Optional): complete if searching for leads with a specific lead status.
- Lead Source (Optional): complete if searching for leads with a specific source.
- Program (Optional): complete if searching for leads for a specific program.
- High School Recruits Only: Check if only looking for High School Recruits
3. When search is complete, a user can click on the blue linked lead name. Leads are organized by most recent being at the top of the list.
4. An Admission Rep can navigate through leads assigned specifically to them from a lead profile.
5. Click the green bar at the top that says “Go to Next Not Called” or click on the name of the next lead which is displayed right next to the current leads name.
How to Message Student's from the Lead Database
- After generating a report, students may be selected for a mass message by checking the box next to their names and clicking the green button at the bottom right that says 'Message 3 Students.'
- A message form will appear; fill it out to send a message to all selected students
