VIAS consistently releases new versions of its platform with improvements.
VIAS consistently releases new versions of its platform with improvements. By clicking the Release notes button on the VIAS Support Page, users can access an updated list of changes to VIAS. Simply click on each date to see the updates made within that specific calendar month.
Clients do not need to take any action during the upgrade process. Please note that VIAS may be temporarily unavailable during the upgrade, which usually occurs on Sunday nights around 8PM EST.
