Searching for Students

The difference between a lead and a student is that a Student has a Student ID number. You can search for Students in the following ways:

The Magnifying Icon will allow you to search for students and leads from anywhere in VIAS. It also displays the most recently searched for students.1.   Click on the Magnifying Glass Icon on the Top Right of the screen to search for the student. 

1.   Enter the name you’re searching for in the box that appears. You can also enter the Student ID   number, email, phone number, or SSN to search for the student. 
2.   Once located, you can click on the student's name and arrive at their VIAS profile.

You can also select the Department that fits your needs. 

1. SS (Student Services): You will be directed to the Student Page 
2. FA (Financial Aid): You will be directed to the Student’s Financial Aid Page. 
3. AC (Accounting): You will be directed to the Student’s Ledger 
4. CS (Career Services): You will be directed to the Student’s Career Services Page.
