      The Start List Guide

      The Start List is searchable for previous starts and filterable by Program, Admissions Rep, and Admissions Category.

      Admissions: 

      • Status: Type of Enrollment 
      • Orientation: The date the student attended Orientation 
      • Admissions Rep. responsible for the enrollment 
      • BC: Background Check – If a background check has been requested for the student, a black date will appear. Once the background check has been received, the date will appear in green. 
      • HS: High School/GED Verification – Once a high school transcript has been requested, a black date will appear. Once the high school or GED verification has been received, the date will appear in green. 
      • Drug: Date that clear Drug Screen was received.

      Financial Aid:

      • FA REP: The Financial Aid Advisor that initially met with the student 
      • FAC REP: The Financial Aid Advisor responsible for completing the Financial Aid for the student 
      • FAC/NOT FAC: Financial Aid Complete. This indicates whether a student has completed their Financial Aid or not. 
      • Ledger: You can click this to quickly view the Student’s Ledger
