The Lead Flow Report

The Lead Flow Report is a tool that helps manage the leads coming into VIAS. It displays the following charts:

• Number of Leads by Program
• Number of Leads by Lead Source
• Number of Leads Acquired by Each Admissions Representative
• Conversion Flow

To view the Lead Flow Report:

1. Go to the Reports Tab > Admissions > click on Lead Flow
2. Select the School
3. Enter the Start Date and the End Date for the time period you want to view
4. Select a Program from the drop-down menu if you want to look at leads for just one program or you can leave this field blank to view all of the leads for the school
5. Click Search.
