The Master Report

The Master Report generates a list of students that can be filtered by their school, program, or status within a user specified date range.

The Master Report provides over 25 data points for a Student.  

After running the Master Report, the resulting student list will provide the following information:

  1. Student #
  2. Name
  3. Time Plan
  4. Program Code
  5. Program Name
  6. Program Last Action
  7. School Email
  8. Cell Phone Number
  9. First Admit Date
  10. Last Admit Date
  11. Last Date of Attendance
  12. Anticipated Graduation Date

Note:  When exported to Excel, the Master Report yields many more data points.  A full list of all data points provided by the Master Report can be found at the end of this article.

To use the Master Report: 

  1. Go to Reports > Students > Master

  2. Choose the School.

  3. Choose the program you want to focus on (or leave it blank to search all programs)

  4. Choose a status.  These are program actions such as admitted, withdrawn, or graduated. (This can be left blank to pull all statuses)

  5. Type in a date range. 

  6. Click Search.
