Completion Rate Report

The maximum time frame in which a student must complete their program cannot exceed 150% of the published program credit hours. Institutions monitor this for FA eligibility and school performance.

1. Go to Reports > School > Completion Rate.

2. Choose school. 

3. Choose a program or run all programs by not choosing a specific program. 

4. Type in a start date and end date.

5. Choose search.

Enrolled Weeks is the maximum time frame percentage.
