The Externships Tab 

The Externship Tab is a complete listing of all externship sites used at your school. You can filter this list in a number of ways that will be useful to your needs. 

 

  1. Go to the CS Tab > click on Externships 

2.   Select your School 

3.   Click Search to see a list of every student that has been assigned to an externship site. 

4.   Or you could filter by the following: 
    1. Employer Name
    2. Position: the name of the Externship Position, i.e. MA Externship or Coding Externship 
    3. Start Date/End Date: You can enter the dates when students attended the externship 
    4. Contact Last Name/First Name: You can enter the contact name at the externship site to see a list of associated externship sites 
    5. Course: Select the course from the drop-down menu to see a list of all students placed in that course 
    6. Student Last Name/First Name: You can enter the student name to see a list of their externship sites 
  3. You can Export this list to Excel if needed.
