The Lead Flow Report is a tool that helps manage the leads coming into VIAS. It displays the following charts:
- Number of Leads by Program
- Number of Leads by Lead Source
- Number of Leads Acquired by Each Admissions Representative
- Conversion Flow
To view the Lead Flow Report:
- Go to the Reports Tab > Admissions > click on Lead Flow
- Select the School
- Enter the Start Date and the End Date for the time period you want to view
- Select a Program from the drop-down menu if you want to look at leads for just one program or you can leave this field blank to view all of the leads for the school
- Click Search.
