How to Access the Remaining Balance Schedule

The Remaining Balance Schedule allows users to view what a student’s balance will be once all payments and charges have been applied.

  1. Navigate to the Accounting tab in the blue navigation bar.  Scroll down to Student Ledger+ Ledger Balances


2.   Select School and Campus

3.  Select Search to generate an on screen report or Download Excel Only to generate an excel report

4.   Report will generate all students who have a ledger balance greater than 0
