Once it has been determined that a lead has met the institution’s admissions criteria and filled out an Enrollment Agreement, they can be added to the Start List.
To add a lead to the Start List:- Click on the Magnifying Glass Icon on the Top Right of the screen to search for the Lead and click their name.
- Scroll down to the bottom left of the Lead Page and select Add Start.
- Once you have selected Add Start enter the following information:
- The Campus the student will attend
- The Start Date
- The Admissions Rep responsible for enrolling the lead
- The Start Type – will usually be Pre-Enrolled
- The Program
- The Time Plan
- The Status - this status is listed within several IPEDS reporting. Make sure you are listing an accurate description.
- Check the Pending box if the student hasn’t officially been accepted yet. When the admission rep checks pending, the potential student will not appear in the count within the "New Student by Rep" table.
- The FA Award Letter - Attach the award letter to the student's start. FA can use the start list to update the FA award as needed.
- Click Save.
The student has now been added to the Start List. If you need to make changes to this student’s status on the start list, simply click on the blue Start Date on the Lead Page and make the necessary adjustments. Click Save.
