How to Cancel a Student’s Section at the Enrollment By Student Page

Under certain circumstances, registrars may need to cancel enrollment from a section and not use the program plan. When students are canceled at the enrollments tab no student status form will be generated.

  1. Go to Academics > Enrollments > By Student

  2. Choose the school and campus. 
  3. Type in the student’s last and first name
  4. Click Search

  5. Click the box next to the section that needs to be canceled
  6. Use the drop down menu and click Cancel. 
  7. Click Update Enrollments

6. The section’s status will be labeled as canceled.
