How to Enroll a Student into a Section at the Enrollments by Student Page
Under certain circumstances, a registrar may need to enroll a student at the enrollments page instead of the Program plan or section page.
The most common reason to enroll at the Enrollments Page is the student was canceled or withdrawn previously from that section. A student status form will not be generated when enrolling at the enrollment by student page.
- Go to Academics > Enrollments > By Student
- Type the student’s last and first name.
- Click in the box next to the section the student needs to be enrolled back into.
- Use the drop down menu and select Enroll.
- Click Update Enrollments.
- The status should be labeled as enrolled.
7. Sections that are gray are withdrawn or canceled sections of the student. Sections that are blue are the currently enrolled sections by the student.
