How to Manage FERPA Permissions
FERPA Permissions are stored on the Orange Status Bar on each Student Page. Once a student has signed a FERPA release, you can update the FERPA Permissions.
- Click on the Magnifying Glass Icon on the Top Right of the screen to search for the student. Click on the student.
2. Click on the FERPA Permission link which is next to the student’s picture.
3. Type the name of the person given FERPA Permission and check the appropriate boxes.
4. Click Save Permission.
5. The student’s FERPA Permission is now saved.
6. To delete the permission, just click the blue “DEL” link next to the person’s name and click Save.
