How to Schedule a Meeting
Once you schedule a meeting with a lead, you will need to add the Meeting to VIAS in the Activities section. Every meeting must be added to VIAS in order to produce accurate conversion rates for the institution.
- Navigate to the Lead’s Profile Page and click Add Activity.
2. Choose the type of meeting to Add from the Activity Drop down
3. Complete the for the Meeting Activity form: (information with a red asterisk is required) and click Save.
