How to Add Medical Records Verification
There are 3 areas that staff can add Medical Records for students.
1. To add medical records to the student profile, the student must have a student number.

2. Go to the Medical Tab.

3. Click on + New Medical Record

4. Choose the medica record type. Type the date administered and expiration date. Choose the outcome. Type any outcome notes. Click save.

5. Click on the medical record to make any edits or updates.

6. Staff can also add medical records from the start list without having a student number. Go to Admissions > Starts.

7. On the start list, staff can add medical records. Click on Add next to "drug" or "MMR."

8. Choose the type of record. Type the date administered and expiration date. Choose the outcome. Click save.

9. The third way to add a medical record is to go to Academics > Medical Records Verification. Click on Medical Records Verification.

10. Type in the students name and Click on Search.

11. Click on + New Medical Record

12. Add the Medical Record. Click on Save.
