How to Utilize Student Groups for Completing Tasks.

Once you have created your group you can access the list from the active report. Now you have a working list that will take you directly to each student’s profile to complete your tasks for each student.

  1. Go to Reports > Students > Active 

  1. Choose the school. 
  2. Choose the group name. Multiple groups can be selected at a time or just one. 
  3. Type in the effective date. The effective date will generate all active students on this date. 

4. Click Search. 

Clicking on each student's name will directly take you to their profile. From there, you can complete tasks and easily return to the list to continue working with the rest of the group.
